Terms

The software is open source. This site is a product description, not a hosted chat service.

Informational pages, not a product contract.

By using this marketing site you agree to these terms. They apply to the copy, layout, and files we publish at sveda.dev. They do not grant a hosted agent, an SLA, or a support retainer.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. The software remains available under the license in source control whether or not you read this brochure.

This site

These terms cover the public pages on sveda.dev — product descriptions, documentation, and company pages. They are not a hosted-service contract.

The software

The JS client, protocol, and sveda-server are licensed by the files in the public repository. Use of the software is governed there, not by this brochure.

No SaaS promise

sveda.dev does not host your agent, store your prompts, or sell uptime. There is no data processing addendum hiding in this page.

Software is licensed in the repo.

@sveda-ai/core, the stream protocol, and sveda-server are open source. The current license text is LICENSE in github.com/neresson/sveda. That file — not this page — is the grant to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software.

Optional packages and examples in the same repository follow the licenses that ship with them. Nothing on sveda.dev rewrites those terms.

No warranty on the marketing copy.

Pages here are a product description. We work to keep them aligned with source, but they can lag a commit, omit an edge case, or simplify a protocol detail. The repository, not this site, is authoritative.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that the copy is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Examples, route names, and diagrams are illustrative unless the docs page you are reading is quoting source.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this marketing site — including reliance on a sentence that later changes in git.

Use of the site.

You may read, link to, and quote these pages with attribution. You may not present sveda.dev as a hosted chatbot service, imply that we process your customers' prompts, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.

Names, marks, and the look of this site remain with their owners. The MIT license on the software does not transfer the marketing design.

These terms are not a data processing agreement, subprocessors list, or business associate contract. If you need those, you are operating Sveda yourself — see Privacy.

We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top is the current version. Questions belong in the public repository.

Read the license in source.

The marketing site describes the stack. The grant to use the software is the LICENSE file in the repository.
